(formerly Grand Rapids Spring & Wire) is the industry leader in the manfucturing of metal stampings, value added assemblies, springs and slide-formed products. 1996 Name Changed to "GR Spring & Stamping"
1996 Acquired additional 110,000 sq ft of Manufcturing Space
1996 QS9000 / ISO9001 Registration
1999 Industry Week "Fastest Growing Companies"
2001 GR Tool & Automation started (new tool and automation build)
2003 J/V Stamping/Assembly operations started in Queretaro, Mexico.
2004 Started GR Spring & Stamping- Kentucky Division located in Richmond, KY
2006 ISO/TS-16949:2002
2007 GRSS expands mfg capabilities in Grand Rapids, MI
